Premier League

If Stoke are to survive another season in the Premier League, then it will probably be down to their decent home form. Despite their lowly position Stoke have only suffered three defeats at home this season and with fellow strugglers Middlesbrough the opposition on Saturday this could be the time to bet on Stoke.

A win for either side would possibly see them move out of the bottom three and as Middlesbrough have lost their last seven away games the 11/8 (Paddypower) appears to be great value.

Wins for West Brom have been as rare as Bank bosses returning bonuses, but they could pick up all three points from their home match with Bolton. The Baggies are in danger of losing touch with the rest of their relegation rivals and this looks a decent chance to close the gap. Bolton haven’t won away in seven matches and have failed to score in three of their last four away games. West Brom could take advantage of Bolton’s lack of firepower and so we’re going for a West Brom win. A bet on a 1-0 correct score 13/2 (Vcbet) could see some money back.

Everton have a good away record at Portsmouth and have won three of their last five visits. Portsmouth look Championship bound and we don’t think they will be capable of hurting Everton. At 6/4 (Coral) Everton are our choice to win. Our selection to be first goalscorer is Leon Osman 14/1 (Bet365).

Championship

Birmingham have won their last three home games and they can make it four out of four against Norwich who have only won three games away from home this season.

League One

Millwall are on a run of four away wins and with opponents Hartlepool without a win in three games Millwall look decent value at 7/5 (Paddypower) to take all three points.

League Two

Morecambe are the form team in the league at the moment having gone 13 games undefeated, including winning their last three away matches. It could pay to take a chance on them beating Shrewsbury who have slipped down the table–but are still in a play off place-after a good first half to the season.

Unbeaten in seven at home Bournemouth should pick up the three points against Notts County.

Scotland

In Division One we’re taking Queen of the South to get a home win against Livingston. This could be a close game and we’re taking the 1-0 correct score 7/1 (Ladbrokes).
