Tuesday Night Football – Leicester Look a Good Away Bet
Champions League
Holders Barcelona head to Germany for their fixture against Bundesliga side Stuttgart and we don’t envisage them having too many problems. Barcelona are 4/6 (Ladbrokes) to get a win and appear to be a pretty safe bet. We will be having a bet on the away win, plus a small bet on both teams to score at 8/11 (Paddypower). We’re predicting a 2-1 win for Barcelona 8/1 (Ladbrokes)
Greek teams are normally pretty hard to beat at home, so we are a little surprised to see Bordeaux as favourites at 6/4 (Skybet) to beat Olympiakos on their home turf tonight. Bordeaux did qualify from the group stages with a record of five wins and a draw, so may deserve to go into the match at such a short price. We feel Olympiakos will get a draw tonight 9/4 (Coral). We are predicting the match to end in a 1-1- scoreline 11/2 (Coral).
Premier League
Manchester United can move back to within a point of leaders Chelsea with a win over West Ham tonight. United are pretty formidable at home and with West Ham without a win in 12 on their travels the home win 2/9 (Skybet) has to be backed. We are having a bet on Manchester United to win to Nil 5/6 (Paddypower) with a 3-0 scoreline 6/1 (Bet365) our correct score pick. It could also pay to have a bet on Antonio Valencia 8/1 (Coral) to be first goalscorer.
Championship
Leicester City have a good record against Doncaster and we are tipping them to get a win tonight and keep their play off challenge on track. Leicester have gone six games unbeaten and at odds of 9/5 (Bet365) are worth a bet to keep that run going. A small bet on a 2-1 result 9/1 (Skybet) can bring a return.
In tonight’s other Championship clash we are tipping a draw 8/5 (Ladbrokes) in the match between Scunthorpe and Ipswich.
League One
Leeds United badly need a win to get their promotion push back on track. We are tipping them to get their first win in four league games tonight although we don’t think there will be too much in it. A home win for Leeds 1/2 (Skybet) with a 1-0 scoreline 5/1 (Paddypower) is our prediction for tonight’s game.
Huddersfield are on offer at 13/10 (Ladbrokes) to get their third away win in a week at Tranmere and they might just be worth a little flutter at that price. Tranmere have been playing well of late too, but we’re selecting an away win with a 2-1 scoreline 9/1 (Skybet).
Exeter City and Bristol Rovers have only managed seven goals between them , the last seven times they have met. Both teams are out of form at the minute and finding it difficult to hit the net, so the under 2.5 goals 8/11 (Paddypower) looks a nap bet.
We’re predicting a draw tonight 23/10 (Ladbrokes) and think a 0-0 result 9/1 (Skybet) might be worth a small bet.
League Two
We think Bournemouth at 4/7 (Paddypower) look worth a bet to get a home win over Barnet. Danny Hollands 9/1 (Ladbrokes) is our selection to be first goalscorer.
Accrington look a decent price at 11/10 (Bet365) to get a home win over Burton and should be worth a bet.
