Fulham top their group after two matches and could get a valuable three home points against Roma. The Italian team are priced at 8/5 (Coral) to take three points but they couldn’t win away in Switzerland against Basel and they would need to improve if they were to take anything from the match at Craven Cottage.

Fulham have a decent home record in Europe and their home defeats this season have come at the hands of Chelsea and Arsenal, so we think the odds of 7/4 (Bet365) on a home win is pretty attractive. We wouldn’t expect to see many goals and the under 2.5 goals bet 5/6 (Paddypower) is one we feel is worth a decent stake

We’re predicting a home win for Fulham and we are going with the 1-0 correct score 17/2 (Skybet). Clint Dempsey 8/1 (Paddypower) is our first goalscorer selection.

Everton will be hoping they can make it a maximum of 9 points from their first three games with a win in Portugal against Benfica. It won’t be easy for Everton as Benfica have won both their home games in this competition so far and haven’t lost a goal yet.

We’re predicting this match to end in a draw 9/4 (Ladbrokes) and we think a bet on a 0-0 correct score 9/1 (Skybet) could make a profit.

Celtic need three points for their home game from Hamburg, but that looks a tall order given their current home form. Only one win and three draws from their last four home matches isn’t the form Celtic would be looking to be taking into such a vital game.

Usually Celtic Park is a bit of a fortress in Europe, but they have only managed one goal in their three home European games this season and the 2/1 (Coral) looks a fair reflection on their chances. Having a bet on the half time/ full time result of Hamburg/Hamburg 7/2 (Ladbrokes).

We’re predicting a win for Hamburg 7/5 (Ladbrokes) and are selecting a 2-0 win 11/1 (Paddypower). Our first goalscorer bet is Jonathan Pitroipa 16/1 (Bet365)

BATE Borisov have only managed to pick up one point from the seven home European ties they have played in Minsk so a home win against AEK Athens would seem unlikely. It might not be so clear cut however as AEK Athens have pretty poor away form that has seen them win only one of their last 12 away European ties.

With such a poor away record we don’t believe AEK are great value at 11/8 (Paddypower), and we’re going to select a draw in this match at 23/10 (Bet365).

Lille look a good bet at 5/4 (Bet365) to get a home win against Genoa. The French club have a tremendous home record with a loss to Manchester United their only home defeat in 13 home European matches.

We’re predicting they will beat Genoa and we’re selecting a 2-1 correct score 9/1 (Skybet). Alberto Zapater looks overpriced at 22/1 (Bet365) to be first goalscorer and he could be a value bet.
