Champions League

There’s no great value tonight in the Champions League matches taking place although it could pay to take Barcelona to win to nil 11/10 (Skybet). The tie is poised at 1-1- after the first leg and Barcelona 1/4 (Ladbrokes) look banker bet to go through.

Bordeaux haven’t won a match since they got a 1-0 win in the first leg of this match in Greece. We still feel they will win this game tonight and at 4/7 (Paddypower) aren’t too bad a price. We’re predicting 1-0 win for Bordeaux 11/2 (Ladbrokes).

Championship

Newcastle can extend their lead at the top of the table tonight with a home win over Scunthorpe. Newcastle are unbeaten in 18 at home and really can’t be opposed against a side struggling in the bottom three. Newcastle to win 3/10 (Coral) by a 3-1 scoreline 11/1 (Skybet). Andy Caroll 4/1 (Bet3650 is our first goalscorer pick.

League One

Exeter haven’t won a league game since they beat Leeds back in mid January. Their opponents tonight are Bristol Rovers who are on a decent run of form and who might just be worth a bet at 7/4 (BET365). The last six meetings between the teams have produced two goals or less, so the under 2.5 goals bet at 4/6 (Paddypower) is another bet we advise. We’re predicting a 1-0 win for Bristol Rovers 7/1 (Ladbrokes).

Scotland

In Division One we are recommending a bet on Morton 10/11 (Paddypower) to get a home win against bottom club Airdrie who have only picked up five away points all season.

East Stirling are second in Division Three, but haven’t been in the best of form of late. Albion Rovers are unbeaten in their last four and could be value at 14/5 (Bet365) to get an away win. We’re predicting a 1-0 scoreline 11/1 (Skybet).

Thursday

Europa League

Fulham have to try and pull back a two goal deficit against Juventus and that won’t be an easy task at all. They do have an away goal-which is a bonus – and have already shown their fighting spirit in this competition, so it could be a possibility they can overturn the 3-1 result from the first leg. Juventus have been eliminated the last four times they have met English opposition in two legged European ties, so Fulham could take heart from that.

We’re going to stick out necks out and go for a Fulham win tonight 11/8 (Ladbrokes) and by a 2-0 scoreline 10/1 (Skybet) which would be enough to see them secure one of their biggest ever results. Fulham are on offer at 5/1 (Coral) to qualify and that might just be worth a little flutter.
