Tuesday Night Football
English League one, Scottish League matches and FA cup 4th qualifying round matches provide the football betting opportunities tonight. We’ve chosen a few bets that look like they could bring some winnings.
League One
The game in League One tonight is the match between Brighton and Gillingham. Brighton are currently fourth bottom of the league and have only won two matches from the 11 league games they have played this season. At 5/4 (Bet365) Brighton might not seem a great price given their record this season, but opponents Gillingham 21/10 (Skybet) haven’t won away from home yet this season and have only won once in their last five games.
Our prediction for this match is a draw 23/10 (Paddypower) and we’re tipping a 1-1 scoreline 11/2 (Ladbrokes).
Scotland
In the Scottish First Division tonight a home win for Ross County Evens (Paddypower) looks a great price. They have won four of their last five league games and with opponents Dunfermline losing four of their last five it seems a home win looks likely. We’re having a bet on the correct score bet of 3-1 16/1 (Ladbrokes).
Also in the First Division we’re predicting a home win for Raith Rovers against Inverness. Raith appear to be overpriced at 7/5 (Bet365) and we’re having a bet on a 1-0 result 7/1 (Ladbrokes).
Livingston look as if they will be too good for Annan in their league match. This should be Livingston’s fourth consecutive home win and at 4/7 (Coral) can provide us with a winning bet. We’re predicting a 2-0 scoreline 6/1 (Paddypower).
The two bottom teams meet when Montrose play hosts to Queens Park and with Montrose not having managed a win so far this season we think taking Queens Park to win 11/8 (Skybet). We’re also going to have bet on the over 2.5 goals at 11/10 (Bet365) and think a 3-0 win for Queens Park 22/1 (Ladbrokes) is worth a small stake.
FA CUP
Eastwood Town have only managed two draws the twice they have previously met Ilkeston at home and have lost the two away games they have played. Currently in the Conference North Eastwood Town are two points above Ilkeston, but Eastwood are unbeaten this season and so they could be worth a bet at 6/5 (Paddypower).
Another two Conference North sides meet when Southport take on Alfreton. Southport might currently be sitting above Alfreton in the league, but we think they could be worth opposing here. Alfreton have won the last three meetings between the sides, although results have been close.
Guiseley haven’t lost to Kendal in six meetings and it could pay to have a bet on that record being maintained tonight.
Guiseley are 7/4 (Paddypower) and that is a price worth taking given the fact they have won all their away league games so far this season. We’re predicting a Guiseley win tonight.
