Premier League

Birmingham are on an unbeaten run of six games and we are pretty surprised to see them at odds against in their home match with West Ham. The away form of the Hammers is nothing to get too excited about and although they have a decent enough record against Birmingham we expect West Ham to come away empty handed.

We’re predicting a Birmingham win at 11/10 (Coral) and think a 2-1 correct score 15/2 (Bet365) could be a bet to consider.

The last four meetings between Liverpool and Arsenal have finished all square and we don’t think there will be a lot between them this weekend. Liverpool’s current form is bit of a worry as they aren’t scoring enough and are shaky at the back. Another defeat here would all but end their title hope s and the 5/4 (Skybet) on offer reflects their current form.

A win for Arsenal would lift them 7 points clear of Liverpool with a game in hand and keep them on the tails of the top two. At 5/2 (Coral) Arsenal look a fair price to take all three points, but we are going to take a draw 12/5 (Ladbrokes) with a 1-1 scoreline 11/2 (Bet365).

Championship

Crystal Palace and Sheffield United are both in decent form at the moment and this could end up a close run thing. United are on an unbeaten run of 5 matches while Palace are unbeaten in their last four away league games. Palace haven’t lost in their last four meetings against Sheffield United and the draw 5/2 (Skybet) will be popular with punters. We think the away win is a little overpriced at 10/3 (Coral) and could be worth a bet at that price.

We’re tipping Palace to get the win and think a bet on a 2-1 result 8/1 (Skybet) might bring some winnings. In the first goalscorer betting our pick is Victor Moses 10/1 (Paddypower).

League leaders Newcastle are away at Barnsley and we think they might have to settle for a point against a rejuvenated Barnsley side.

We’re predicting a draw 12/5 (Coral) and we’re tipping the match to end in a 1-1 scoreline 6/1 (Bet365).

League One

Huddersfield are unbeaten at home and have been scoring lots of goals. Their opponents this weekend are Gillingham who have the worst away record in the league and conceded 24 goals in their 10 matches on the road. The over 2.5 goals 8/11 (Paddypower) looks a bet worth taking as does the both teams to score bet at 4/5 (Bet365).

This has to be a home win 1/2 (Coral) and we’re predicting the match to end in a 3-1 scoreline 12/1 (Huddersfield). Lee Novak 5/1 (Skybet) is our first goalscorer selection in this game.

Oldham have been in a bit of a form slump of late, but we’re tipping them to get back to winning ways against Exeter. Oldham will leapfrog Exeter with a win and we’re predicting the home win at 5/4 (Coral).

League Two

Rotherham’s form isn’t quite as good away as it is at home, but they look as if they could take three points away at Bradford. Inconsistency has been a problem for Bradford this season and no wins at home from their last tree games isn’t great form.

Our prediction is an away win for Roherham 6/4 (Ladbrokes).

We’re predicting a draw in the game between Torquay and Darlington. The draw is available at 5/2 (Ladbrokes) and we think a bet on a 1-1 result 13/2 (Skybet) could be worthwhile.

Scotland

Inverness haven’t lost to Raith Rovers in their last 11 meetings and at 5/6 (Ladbrokes) look worth taking to keep that run going.

League Three leaders Livingston are unbeaten in seven at home and we’re predicting another win for them against fourth placed Forfar. Take the home win 4/7 (Paddypower) and try a 2-0 correct score bet 6/1 (Ladbrokes).
